This is an example of the Gymnastics for Schools weekly Syllabus, we use this as a guide to help us get the best out of the children and to maximise class time.

This syllabus covers all the basic gymnastic skills required for a safe and fun filled gymnastics class, enabling the children to progress safely.

The syllabus can be amended slightly depending of what ability of the class or whether the coach/instructor feels that another lesson of the following week is needed.

During the the Christmas Term, we have a gymnastics competition where the children have to learn a set routine and perform it for the parents.
